Robin - The Body - Dogen's The Wholehearted Way pgs. 15-17 & guided meditation on feeling thoughts in your body as ripples of energy, letting go of experiencing body as solid isolated object and tuning into body as living open energy field.
Robin - The Body - Dogen's Moon in a Dew Drop pgs. 29-30 Rules for Zazen - Dogen's description of physically sitting (ex: on a patch of grass on a rock!)

Working through the stages of the classic Metta meditation over 5 weeks; initially focusing on directing Metta to the self (I should spend the whole 5 months on this!) next meeting Metta to benefactor, then neutral, then enemy. We're using " May I be safe, may I be happy, may I be well, may I be at ease". Reference Sharon Salzburg's 1995 'Loving-Kindness'.
